All the old highlights are back for the kids, covering the arts (art, music, drama), languages (Italian, Mandarin, French) and fitness (dance, gymnastics, jump rope). For ‘budding horticulturalists’… A wonderful outdoor pursuit is the gardening for kids course… There is so much to learn about our natural world – what a great opportunity to develop a better understanding of food, from (little) farm to table!

Mandarin, Japanese and French classes for adults are back on the agenda… And, newsflash – our wonderful Italian instructor Simona has returned from overseas, and is offering courses in Italian for both children and adults. The kids’ class is suited to youngsters, prep-year 2, and the adult classes cover the beginner/traveller or more advanced learner!

Also back this term (for adults) is Mahjong. Come and learn the ins and outs of this fascinating game with our talented tutor, Dianne.

The community choir will be led by two highly qualified directors, Katherine and Emily, replacing Elly who’s moved interstate. Choir will continue to meet on Monday evenings.

Perhaps you’d prefer to stretch your boundaries through another artistic pursuit, like drawing/sketching, or playing the ukulele. Or upgrade your fitness in the pool with aqua class…If dry land is more your style, why not try Paola’s aerobics (zumba style) or pilates with Nancy? And, for one day only, basic car maintenance, for those who are seeking a little vehicular knowledge.

As usual, the piano/vocal/guitar lessons are filling up fast… Some days/tutors are already fully booked. If you cannot get the lesson time you desire this term, perhaps you’d like to be wait-listed for potential openings in a future term. The same applies for art with Meredith, which is already full for term 1.

The vast majority of these programs will run for 8 weeks (art with Meredith for 7 weeks) starting next week! So get your enrolments in quick to secure your place in your favourite classes.
